In fact if you look at a map, Woolbright Rd. is the closest I-95 comes to the beach in all of Florida.  All of our tenants have lived here for multiple years. Because of the location this rents quickly when it becomes available.

Ocean Ridge is: 10 miles south of Palm Beach International Airport and 20 miles North of Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.  Ocean Ridge also has its own private police force.
