CHAPTER \h \r 1 Community Strides Worthy of Mention
For immediate release from Knights of Columbus Council 10327
From the Lecturer’s desk
The Council would like to recognize the following people for
their help on the community level. Once again we have shown by example that
unity not only works - but it is a most valuable asset to our Church family.
In keeping with our belief in charity and concern, and, our solidarity with
our priests, Mr. Hector Gomez has given his time, efforts, and exemplary
talents to the Rectory’s newly constructed mailbox. His finished product
denotes a man whose every task is led by perfection and God. With each brick
and slice of mortar, we can see what caliber of man he truly is, and how
valuable he is to our Church. Thank you, dear brother Hector - the Lord has
guided you well.
Additional thanks should go to Worthy Sir Knight, Frank Bailey, and his “Lady
of Honor,” whose generous contribution made the purchase of the materials
needed. Great job people, we are blessed to have you among us.

Zoo Trip a Success! Special thanks to Worthy Sir Knight, Frank Favazza; 1st Degree Knight, Tom Severino; Seminarian, Yoelvis Gonzales; and Worthy Sir Knight, Robert Tamayo. Special thanks also to Grand Knight, Kenny Ramsey, our illustrious leader. The outing was extremely enjoyed and we apologize if we have missed anyone who attended the function with them. First Liberty Bowl of the Year Heralds Kudos
As outlined in the latter, the following names were extremely instrumental in
the overall success at the Liberty Bowl this past weekend: We apologize if we
missed your name(s). |
S.H.I.N.E Camp Volunteers

those whose names have been tendered: Past Grand Knight, and 1 of 2 surviving

Favazza and his “Lady of Honor,” Ann; Brother Knight Paul Reisenberg; Worthy
Sir Knights, Alan Paulino; Frank Bailey, Jean and Caitlin and Stephanie Terry;
Dr. Rafael Rondòn; Past Grand Knight, Dennis Clynes; Mark Willhite; Kathy
Stanford and Carolyn Shelton. Hispanic Lunch Brings The House Down, Sets Model For Community
Lidia Trujillo and her husband, Erasmo Trujillo, has demonstrated an unerring
and determined dedication to the higher good of the Church Community. Both of
these people and countless others too numerous for print were extremely
successful in producing a landmark accomplishment of a K of C event to date.

The Knights at Council 10327 would like to extend
a huge expression of gratitude to these fine examples of caring individuals.
Hispanic and Anglo volunteers worked side-by-side as new friendships emerged.
This one luncheon of cultural wonderment has set the stage for priceless
fellowship so desperately welcomed in these times we live.
There were (many) unsung heroes and heroines who reportedly stood up to the
wee hours of the morning preparing the fine table fare we all enjoyed.
We, as Knights of honor, pray the aforementioned fete stands as a prelude to
other forms of togetherness we cherish so dearly.
Still curious? This, dear parishioners, is what we do in the
Knights of Columbus.
Join us! We welcome you.
