The Pence Companies have been operating in Palm Bay, Melbourne, Cocoa, Titusville, and all of Brevard County, Florida since 1957.

The companies' main office is located at 3160 Dixie Highway (U.S. 1) NE, Palm Bay, Florida, just south of the Melbourne/Palm Bay city line. The companies' equipment yard and manufacturing plant is located about nine miles south of the office in Grant-Valkaria, Florida. This central east coast location allows the companies easy access to jobs in all of Brevard County and neighboring counties.
