My name is Mark Couture, and I'm an avid Curio and Relic Collector and Enthusiast. I've had the pleasure of restoring my collection to the condition and appearance of how they looked in June of 1945. Why keep them in the condition they became from sitting in an attic or closet for 70+ years!I've often wondered why collectors are against restoring these historical beauties. In asking around the C&R community you see the divide between collectors and collector/enthusiasts. Enthusiasts love to work on, restore, and shoot their C&R firearms. I've met many enthusiasts who share the hobby of collecting, restoring and shooting these beautiful firearms.
Turning My Hobby Into a Small Business
Realizing I've got very few personal firearms left to restore, I realized that I could turn my hobby loose on the internet and start a small business of restoring other enthusiast's C&R firearms. I placed an ad on GunBroker and had great succes! I decided to start this website to give a better detailed explaination of my restoration services.
