The Council Home is located in the city of Hammond, Louisiana. It is on the corner of University Blvd. and Oak Street. Business Meetings: Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the Month Admissions Committee Meeting: The 2nd Tuesday of the Month 13th Annual $10,000.00 Benefit Raffle & Steak Dinner "KC Going for Gold" October 20, 2012 Tickets for the 13th Annual $10,000.00 Benefit Raffle and Steak Dinner to benefit the mentally challenged Citizens in our Community are now on sale. Tickets are $100.00 each and entitles the holder to a chance to win one of three prizes: $10,000.00 first prize and two $500.00 prizes. In addition the holder receives steak dinners for two, served at the council home on Saturday, October 20, 2012, as well as door prizes and a silent auction at the dinner.
