NOTE: All of the tabs that I've seen so far have missed that it is a Fmaj7 played at the end of the acoustic chord progression , and not a straight F. The top E string is held down, which gives that high note played at the end of the progression. FMAJ7: 003213 Verse: C Em Am (Taking on and off the B string) Fmaj7 Chorus: F G Em F F G Em F [Em F] Pre Verse: C Em Am Am Verse 2: C Em Am Fmaj7 Chorus 2: F G Em F F G Em F [Em F] Middle 8: G F Em F G F Em F G F G F Verse 3: F G Em F F G Em F Em F (To end) HERE'S SOME OF THE TAB. OPENING LEAD GUITAR PROGRESSION Apart from the two choppy guitar strikes in the first bar , this is done on a wah pedal with the end closest to the user held down , as to give that muffled sound. The pedal is not brought up until the actual song kicks in. The first couple of lead parts are those choppy guitar bits which is just done by hitting the strings and deadening them straight afterwards. You know the usual tab procedure. H = hammer on and off , G = gliss or slide , B = bend , and R = let note ring. CH = Choppy notes in intro) CH CH slide this up and back e------3-------3--------------------------------------------------------------8----10----8------------12-(R)--I b------5-------5---------h---------------------------------------------------7-----9-----7------------10-(R)--I g------5-------5------7---9-----------------------------------------------------------------------------11-(R)- I d---------------------------------------5---7-----------------------------------------------------------------------I a------------------------------------------------5---7-----3 (R)--------------------------------------------------I e---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I THE REST IS PRETTY PISS EASY TO WORK OUT , IT'S JUST ALL PLAYED IN THE ONE SPOT BUT NICK MOVES IT ALL AROUND A LOT.
