Is it possible for God to reveal himself on this earth before He returns? I heard this preacher one time and He was saying that God actually appeared to Him in a dream and He totally saw everything from His face to His sandals, it was like He was really there.
	Is it possible? Yes. More than 500 people saw Jesus after His resurrection, and Jesus appeared to Paul on several occasions. Is it likely? I don’t think so. Am I extremely suspicious of anyone who claims to have seen Jesus? Oh yeah! When I hear someone has had a vision of Christ IN A DREAM it makes me wonder, “Why couldn’t it have been just a dream?” I’ve had lots of dreams that seemed real. Our minds are wonderful things. They create vivid images, and work through our memories and imaginations to create dreams. As for this pastor’s dream? I’d be suspicious since his image of Jesus sounds suspiciously like our paintings/imaginations of Jesus. His face likely was bearded, hair to his shoulders, and you yourself mentioned sandals?
