At the rapture when they say the dead in Christ shall rise first does that mean that we will actually see them rise, like will that be the body that we see or will we just see the body that is in Heaven? My grandfather died two years ago and I have always wondered about that.
	Sorry about your grandfather. The Bible doesn’t address the visibility of the resurrection of the dead in the rapture, but there’s no reason I can think of that would make it not visible. We will have physical, perfect bodies in the resurrection (I Cor. 15), and we will definitely be reunited with our believing loved ones in the air and spend eternity with them and Christ.
