How can God be in complete control of his creation, when we have free will. Either he knows everything we'll do and we don't have free will, or he doesn't know, and we have free will, but he isn't in control.

How about this. "Knowing is not the same as forcing." I can know something is going to happen without making it happen. I can drop a pencil, and it's gravity that makes it fall, not me. I know it will fall, but something else made it happen. I know my kids will ask for Pop tarts for breakfast. I won't "make" them ask for Pop tarts. God's "knowing" is even more perfect than mine, but that still doesn't mean He makes the choice. He just knows what choice we will make.
