FM History Profile: WLAY

History:

This station started out on 97.7 as WKGL. Before the move to 103.5, it was an oldies station serving Muscle Shoals from Russellville. As part of a massive Tennessee Valley radio shakeup in the spring of 2006, this station is now WLAY, with a country format. It was also relicensed from Russellville to Littleville, with a tower relocation, giving it better coverage in the Muscle Shoals area.
