AM History Profile: WFMH

History:

This station was WKUL for most of it's past, until WKUL moved to FM. Calls changed to WXXR-AM in October 1992. Had a stint as oldies, then eventually began simulcasting a satellite oldies forecast along with Holly Pond FM station WXXR-FM. The FM went to classic country when Cullman station WFMH dumped that format, and WXXR-AM went to sports talk.  Around September 2002 the calls changed to WFMH. Around  September 2004 it appears they dropped some gospel programming for full time sports-talk.
