  • Veggies and dip (mayo based dips with herbs, melted coconut oil with lime juice)
  • Popsicles!!!! (make with homemade fruit juices or additive free apple cider) (get popsicle makers from Tupperware or in a similar style where all the popsicles are in separate containers, as opposed to a single plastic mold for 4-6 popsicles)
  • Frozen grapes - they are AWESOME

  • Sardines (with oil and salt or water and salt ONLY)
  • Trail mixes (roast your own nuts, add raisins, unsweetened cranberries, unsweetened coconut flakes)
  • Boiled eggs
  • Spiced nuts - roast your nuts, add spices (we like oregano, basil and salt - Mommy likes cayenne also)
  • "Muesli cereal" Chop fruits (banana, peaches, etc)  Add chopped nuts, raisins and unsweetened coconut flakes. (You can also add applesauce or a sauce made from honey and lime juice for variety)

  • Chopped veggies (Chop everything into similar sizes - use to top salads, in omelets, as stir fry, etc - peppers, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, whatever - keep chopped onion and garlic separately)
  • Applesauce (unsweetened, no additives if possible - vitamin C seems ok) with cinnamon
