The Joe Barry Mullins Award
The City of Hattiesburg Concert was founded in 1982 by Dr. Joe Barry Mullins. In his honor The Joe Barry Mullins award is presented to one member each year in recognition of their service to the City of Hattiesburg Concert Band Recipients are selected and voted on by the band.
