Policies and Business Information

 

Bare Essentials Natural Market is a natural food, supplement and products market whose culture is characterized by exemplary customer service, education, and high standards of product purity. We are the trusted and preferred source of alternative products in our region.  The Bare Essentials Case Club is consistent with our mission and vision.

 

Case Club Services

        Products available through the Case Club include groceries and bulk items purchased by case lots only through our primary distributor, Tree of Life Southeast. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no membership fees.

        Produce, health and body care products and supplements are not included. Supplements are available at a volume discount (See our Wellness Department for details). Case Club purchases do not earn Healthy Rewards points.

 

Pricing

All products are available at Tree of Life’s published wholesale cost plus 10% (ten percent). Market conditions often affect prices and they are subject to change without notice.

        In some instances, Bare Essentials Natural Market’s shelf prices may actually be better than the Case Club’s published regular wholesale cost plus10%. This is because we often take advantage of manufacturers’ and distributors’ published and unpublished sales and special purchases.

        It is the Case Club member’s responsibility to confirm that their savings will be equal to or greater than purchases made off the shelf at Bare Essentials Natural Market.

 

Price lists and Ordering

Orders can be placed from in-store catalogs and viewed at the service desk or from the shelf (using UPC code numbers and product descriptions found on products on the shelf). In addition, a personal catalog may be purchased from Bare Essentials Natural Market for $15 per copy. You can view the latest catalog on line by going to benaturalmaket.com and clicking on ‘Case Club’. Your order can be emailed to us at caseclub@benaturalmarket.com.

 

Ordering and Pick Up

Case Club Members may order as often as they like, according to the following schedule:

        Holiday ordering and delivery schedules vary. Please check with Bare Essentials Natural Market management prior to most national holidays.

        Orders must be on the Case Club Order Form. This form can be faxed (828-262-5540), hand delivered, or e-mailed (benatura@bellsouth.net). In order to keep our costs down and maintain the program, we cannot accept phone orders.

        Because Tree of Life’s distribution schedule is extremely reliable, Case Club members will not be notified when orders are received. Members will be notified when orders are delayed by weather or mechanical failure, or when items are out of stock.

        Orders must be picked up no later than two days after they are received by Bare Essentials Natural Market (eg. orders delivered Thursday must be picked up no later than Saturday).

        Groups may not break down or separate orders inside Bare Essentials Natural Market or on porch or sidewalks.

Returns

Bare Essentials Natural Market guarantees the quality of all products.

        Products will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase based on manufacturing defect and shelf life only. Case Club members receiving products with fewer days than the following may request and receive a full credit:

Payment and Sales Tax

Payment will be COD, cash or check only. No credit or debit cards will be accepted. Sales tax will be applied to all taxable products.
