Leveraged Lease This is the general term applied to most types of aircraft lease financings which involve the combination of equity investment (from a single owner or group of owners) and debt. The debt financing may come from private institutional lenders or via the capital markets. Both the equity and debt usually are invested on a cross-border basis.
