I know when you were a kid
You used to eat the legendary
ALPHABET SOUP
But not me.. I was a weird kid.
When I got hungry,
I made myself a deep, warm
Bowl of Brain Soup.
(Yes, Brain Soup)
No, it's not made from brains, or is it?
Brain Soup is the muddle,
the confusion,
the puzzle
of your thoughts
as they swim through your mind.
The only thing I never liked
about my good, wholesome Brain Soup,
was that I never could add salt.
