The Greatest Treasure
Soft rain falls, dampening a cold winters
night.
The Moon shines through between the clouds
To illuminate the sparkling diamonds
Scattered on the ground.
But even nature cannot hope to match the beauty
Of this angelic creature.
She is more beautiful than any sunset
And more precious than any jewel.
Her company is paradise; her smile is a dream.
All mortal woes melt away
With a single look
Into her gorgeous, shimmering eyes.
On this cold and stormy night,
Her warm heart and tender embrace
Shall be thy shield.
The elements will not touch you.
If only time were inconstant.
No number of hours would be enough,
Alone... together.
Life is irrelevant, Eternity is short, and Love is the Greatest Treasure
