Description
Have you ever needed to update a bunch of Windows Shortcuts (LNK files) to change a path or other data. If so, this is the script for you.
This program Searches for and Replaces strings in the TARGET, WORK IN (also called START IN), and Target ARGUMENTS in one or more Windows ShortCut files in a directory and, optionally, its sub-directories. The fields are searched and replaced separately. Optionally, write an AutoIt3 script source file that can run all of the programs that the processed ShortCuts run. The script must be compiled, using AutoIt3 (a freeware program) and called with one command line option, that being the name of the of the program to run. Get full details from the HELP button.
